This project connects classrooms across continents, celebrating Valentine's Day in a truly unique way.
Our mission? To encircle the globe with a wave of virtual Valentine's greetings and cultural exchanges, brightening the lives of children in every corner of the world. The beauty of the Virtual Valentines Project lies in its inclusivity – it's perfectly suited for students of all ages, from early childhood taking their first explorations into global awareness to high school seniors deepening their cultural understanding.
What makes our project stand out is its virtual nature. Regardless of your classroom setting – whether it's a traditional classroom, a homeschool environment, or anything in between – your students can easily be a part of this global exchange of joy and learning.
Join us in this delightful endeavor to spread love, learning, and happiness to young hearts around the planet!
Two Options for Global Connections:
- Level 1: Share the Love Across the Globe
- Dive into the world of global connections with Level 1! Here, your students get the exciting opportunity to create their own Virtual Valentine. They'll not only share their creations with peers worldwide but also get to marvel at the wonderful work from other students across different countries. It's a delightful way to engage in global cultural sharing and spread joy!
- Level 2: Deepen Cultural Bonds with a Live Exchange
- Ready to take the cultural exchange to the next level? Level 2 is designed for educators who wish to offer their students a deeper, more interactive cultural experience. This level includes a live virtual conference call (via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet) or a vibrant Flip message exchange with a partner class from another part of the world. It's a chance for your students to make new friends and learn about diverse cultures in a live, engaging setting!
